A Bag

Here is my first post, a bag for my niece Morgan. I got the pattern from my friend Sharelle and I used the medium sized one. I also used the metal clasp to close it and I also sewed a pocket inside. I purchased the fabric from spotlight and am quite happy with the way it turned out. I will be making more bags small, med and large for my family members. A friend suggested I add a tie on the side and I think it just adds a little something to the bag. well here is my first of many posts and I am off to make dinner now. Tomorrow is another sewing day for me and so will see what I get done tomorrow:)

I just love my new bag! I use it whenever I go out and have it slung over my shoulder so I can show it off. I really think this is a great idea to have a craft blog. It will be neat to see what you 4 talented women can come up with, as for me sewing a straight line is even hard too do:) Who knows maybe one day I will have a cooking/recipe blog:) I just love it hen!
